The Biorad 680 is located in LS B24 and is free for trained users. LSCF has access to other plate readers, for a fee starting at $15 (to reimburse the owners). Contact LSCF for more details.

Molecular Devices SpectraMax Plus 384
Features:
- UV and visible light, any wavelength
- Reads up to 6 wavelengths concurrently
- Spectral scans from 190 – 1000nm in 1 nm intervals
- Temperature control from ambient to 45 C
- Reads end point, kinetic and calculated values from 6- to 384-well plates or cuvettes
- Runs Softmax software
BioTek Synergy 2
Features:
- UV and visible light (any wavelength) plus Fluorescence and luminescence readings
- Temperature control from ambient to 65 C
- Reads end point, kinetic and calculated values from 6- to 384-well plates
- Runs Gen5 2.07 software.
It is SLDA configured :
- S= Standard
- L= Luminescent
- F= fluorescent
- A= uv/vis absorbance; Monochromometer: 200 – 999 nm
It does not have TPD :
- T = time resolved fluorescence
- P = Fluorescence polarization
- D = dispensing
