3130xL Sanger Sequencer
Note: Email lab when you drop your samples in the B21A refrigerator (inside B24). Please allow additional time, due to lower lab staffing (COVID). Rush orders will be accommodated whenever possible.
- The Applied Biosystems 16-capillary 3130xL Genetic Analyzer is used for Sanger sequencing and fragment analysis applications including microsatellite analysis, AFLP, LOH, SNP validation and SNP screening
- We currently run a 50cm capillary with POP7 polymer (additional compatible polymer types are POP4 & POP6)
- Please refer to Sequencing Requirements before submitting sequencing samples
- Please turn in a Sequencing Submission Form with each batch of samples for sequencing, digitally is fine.
